1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using Sleepy Post ("Service"), operated by WeLinkMe Inc., you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service. WeLinkMe Inc. reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without notice to you.
2. Use License
WeLinkMe Inc. grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Sleepy Post Service subject to these Terms. This license permits you to:
- Generate AI-powered social media content for personal or commercial use
- Schedule and automate posts across connected social media platforms
- Connect your social media accounts via OAuth for automated publishing
- Store and manage your content calendar within the Service
- Manage your account and billing information
You may not:
- Reproduce, distribute, or transmit the Service code or underlying technology
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
- Use the Service to create competing products or services
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the Service
- Remove, obscure, or alter any proprietary notices or labels
- Use automated scripts or bots to access the Service (except through official APIs)
- Resell, lease, or transfer your account or license to another party
- Use the Service in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
Violation of these restrictions may result in: immediate termination of your account and access to the Service, loss of all account data and generated content, legal action to recover damages, and/or claims for breach of contract and intellectual property infringement. WeLinkMe Inc. may also pursue criminal charges where applicable.
3. Disclaimer
The Sleepy Post Service is provided on an 'as is' basis. WeLinkMe Inc. makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
4. Limitations
In no event shall WeLinkMe Inc. or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the Sleepy Post Service, even if WeLinkMe Inc. or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
5. Accuracy of Materials
The materials appearing on Sleepy Post could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Sleepy Post does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete, or current. Sleepy Post may make changes to the materials contained on its website at any time without notice.
6. Content License
Sleepy Post grants you a limited license to generate and use social media content created through our Service for lawful purposes. You retain all rights to any content you create and upload. However, you grant Sleepy Post a non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute your content as necessary to provide the Service, including publishing to your connected social media accounts on your behalf.
7. Limitations on Use
You agree not to:
- Generate content that violates laws or infringes intellectual property rights
- Create content that is defamatory, harassing, abusive, or otherwise objectionable
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of the Service
- Use the Service for spam, phishing, or fraudulent purposes
- Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
- Post content to social platforms that violates their respective terms of service
- Use automation features to circumvent platform rate limits or policies
8. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify Sleepy Post immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breaches of security.
10. Intellectual Property Rights
WeLinkMe Inc. and its licensors retain all right, title, and interest in and to the Sleepy Post Service, including all software, technology, code, and content. The Sleepy Post name, logo, and all related trademarks are the exclusive property of WeLinkMe Inc.
11. Modifications to Terms
WeLinkMe Inc. may revise these terms of service for the Sleepy Post Service at any time without notice. By using this service you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.
12. Security Monitoring & Suspicious Activity
WeLinkMe Inc. takes security and fraud prevention very seriously. To protect our Service and users, we employ automated security monitoring systems that detect and flag suspicious behavior, including but not limited to:
- Development tool usage and browser debugging attempts
- Patterns consistent with reverse engineering or code extraction
- Unusual account activity, API abuse, or rate limit violations
- Content generation patterns indicative of misuse or policy violations
- Network anomalies, VPN usage, or proxy detection
- Attempts to circumvent quota systems or authentication mechanisms
When suspicious activity is detected:
- Your account may be flagged for internal review by our security team
- We will compile and analyze your account behavior, usage patterns, and content history
- Our team will conduct a rational assessment to determine if your account poses a security risk
- In cases of confirmed abuse or violation of these Terms, we may suspend or terminate your account
- Upon account termination, we will provide notification and facilitate data export as required by law
Note: Use of development tools (DevTools) for legitimate testing by developers is generally tolerated. However, sustained development tool usage (>1 minute) will trigger our security review process to distinguish between legitimate development and malicious activity.
13. Termination
WeLinkMe Inc. may terminate your account and access to the Sleepy Post Service at any time for any reason, including if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases, and all connected social media accounts will be disconnected.
Termination for Security Reasons: We may immediately terminate your account without warning if we reasonably believe you are engaged in fraudulent activity, attempting to compromise our systems, violating intellectual property rights, generating prohibited content, or otherwise violating these Terms. In such cases, you will be notified of the termination and provided with information on your personal data and account status as required by applicable law.
14. Payment Terms
If you purchase a paid subscription, you agree to pay all charges incurred by your account. Billing will occur on the date your subscription begins and will recur on the same date each billing period. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
15. Refund Policy
All subscription charges are non-refundable. By subscribing to Sleepy Post, you acknowledge that you have had full and unrestricted opportunity to evaluate the Service before purchasing, including reviewing our website, about page, social media channels, publicly available demos, and any other marketing or informational materials.
Dissatisfaction with the Service, a change of mind, failure to use the subscription during the billing period, or deciding the Service does not meet your expectations after purchase do not constitute valid grounds for a refund. You are solely responsible for ensuring the Service is appropriate for your needs before subscribing.
Refunds may be considered exclusively in the following circumstances:
- The Service was entirely unavailable or non-functional for a substantial and documented period during your billing cycle due to a verified technical failure on our end (e.g., the content generation engine was down and no posts were produced)
- You were charged twice for the same billing period due to a billing system error attributable to WeLinkMe Inc.
- Applicable law in your jurisdiction mandates a refund right that cannot be contractually waived
Partial or prorated refunds are not offered for unused days within a billing period. Cancelling your subscription stops future charges but does not entitle you to a refund of the current period.
Before you subscribe
We make extensive information available before any purchase decision including our website, about page, pricing breakdown, social media, and public demos. If you have questions about what is included in a plan, contact us at support@sleepypost.com before subscribing. Refund requests based on post-purchase dissatisfaction will not be approved.
16. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Sleepy Post, its directors, employees, or agents be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from any aspect of your use of or inability to use the Service, even if Sleepy Post has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
17. Platform Enforcement Actions & Posting Behavior
Sleepy Post is designed to publish content at a sustainable, platform-safe cadence. The built-in scheduling, daily publish limits, and distribution logic are specifically calibrated to help users maintain healthy, long-term accounts on third-party social media platforms. When used as intended, the Service operates within posting patterns consistent with typical, non-suspicious user behavior.
WeLinkMe Inc. is not liable for any account restrictions, shadow bans, suspensions, permanent bans, spam classifications, reduced reach, or any other enforcement or algorithmic action taken by third-party social media platforms against your accounts.
This includes, without limitation, enforcement actions resulting from:
- Manually downloading assets generated by the Service and republishing them outside of Sleepy Post, particularly at a volume or frequency that exceeds normal user behavior on the relevant platform
- Posting an excessive volume of content in a short period of time for example, publishing 10 or more posts per day or flooding multiple platforms over consecutive days whether through the Service or through any external tool or manual action
- Combining Sleepy Post-generated content with other automation tools, bots, or third-party scheduling platforms in a way that results in a combined posting volume that triggers platform spam or bot-detection systems
- Publishing Engine-generated images, videos, or captions at volumes or frequencies that cause platforms to flag your account for inauthentic or automated behavior, regardless of the tool used to produce that content
- Adopting aggressive growth tactics (such as mass-posting accumulated content in a short window to rapidly inflate reach) that are inconsistent with organic account behavior
- Ignoring platform-specific posting guidelines, community standards, rate limits, or terms of service
- Any behavior on a connected social media platform that is independent of or outside the normal, intended operation of the Service
Your responsibility
You are solely responsible for how you use the content produced by Sleepy Post. The Service includes built-in safeguards daily publish limits and scheduled pacing specifically designed to protect your accounts from platform enforcement. If you choose to circumvent these safeguards, for example by manually downloading and mass-posting assets outside the Service, you assume full and sole responsibility for any resulting platform actions against your accounts. WeLinkMe Inc. does not provide refunds, account credits, compensation, or technical support for account recovery in cases where platform enforcement resulted from user behavior outside the Service's intended and recommended use.
18. Third-Party Services
Sleepy Post integrates with third-party social media platforms and services. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of these third-party services. Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. This includes but is not limited to YouTube, TikTok, X/Twitter, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, Pinterest, Reddit, and Bluesky.
19. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Delaware, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
20. Your Data & Account Deletion
20.1 What Data We Store
When you create an account and use Sleepy Post, we collect and store the following categories of data:
- Account identity: Your email address and Firebase authentication identifiers used to manage your session
- Platform OAuth tokens: Access tokens and refresh tokens for each social media platform you connect (Facebook, Instagram, Threads, YouTube, TikTok, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Reddit, Bluesky). These are used exclusively to publish content on your behalf.
- Post history: Published and previously scheduled content including captions, image or video references, and scheduling metadata
- Pending posts: Content queued for future publication
- Account settings & preferences: Your posting configuration, platform preferences, and account options
- Usage analytics: Aggregated posting statistics displayed in your dashboard (post counts, platform breakdowns)
- Subscription identifiers: Your Stripe customer ID and subscription status. Payment card details are never stored by us they are held and governed exclusively by Stripe.
We do not sell your data. All stored information is used solely to operate the Service on your behalf. We do not use your content, credentials, or activity data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose beyond delivering the Service.
20.2 Disconnecting Individual Social Media Accounts
You may revoke Sleepy Post's access to any individual social media platform at any time without deleting your entire account. To disconnect a platform:
- Log in and go to your Dashboard
- Open Settings → Connected Accounts
- Find the platform you wish to remove and click Disconnect
Disconnecting a platform immediately and permanently removes the stored OAuth token and all associated credentials for that platform from our database. Any pending scheduled posts targeting that platform will not be published after disconnection.
You may also revoke access at the platform level directly (e.g., via Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites, Google Account → Security → Third-party apps, or TikTok's Manage App Permissions). We recommend also disconnecting within Sleepy Post to keep your account in a consistent state.
20.3 Deleting Your Entire Account
You have the right to permanently delete your Sleepy Post account and all associated data at any time. To delete your account:
- Log in to your Sleepy Post account
- Navigate to Dashboard → Settings → Account
- Scroll to the Danger Zone section at the bottom of the page
- Click Delete My Account and follow the confirmation prompts
Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. Once confirmed, the following data is permanently erased from our systems:
- Your authentication account and all login credentials
- All OAuth access tokens and refresh tokens for every connected platform
- Your complete post history, scheduled posts, and content calendar
- Your account settings, preferences, and configuration
- All usage analytics and dashboard statistics associated with your account
- Your Sleepy Post subscription record (Stripe billing records are separately subject to Stripe's own retention policy)
Cancel your subscription before deleting
If you have an active paid subscription, please cancel it first via Settings → Billing. Account deletion does not automatically cancel an active Stripe subscription. After cancelling, your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period, after which no further charges will be made.
20.4 Data Retention After Deletion
Your personal data and content are removed from our active systems immediately upon account deletion. Certain residual data may persist for a limited period under the following circumstances:
- Database backups: Encrypted backups may retain your data for up to 30 days before they are rotated and overwritten. These backups are not accessible to or used by the live application after your deletion.
- Billing records: Stripe independently retains billing and transaction history as required by applicable financial regulations. We do not control Stripe's data retention timeline. See stripe.com/privacy for details.
- Security and fraud logs: Anonymized security event logs may be retained for up to 90 days for fraud prevention, abuse detection, and legal compliance purposes.
- Legal holds: If your account is subject to an active legal dispute, regulatory inquiry, or law enforcement request at the time of deletion, we may be required to retain relevant data until that matter is resolved.
20.5 Facebook & Meta Data Deletion
In compliance with Meta Platform Policies, Sleepy Post provides a Data Deletion Callback endpoint that Meta can invoke when a user removes our application through Facebook's own platform settings (for example, via Facebook Settings → Security and Login → Apps and Websites → Remove).
When Meta triggers this callback, Sleepy Post automatically:
- Immediately revokes and permanently deletes your Facebook, Instagram, and Threads OAuth tokens from our database
- Disconnects all associated Meta accounts (Facebook Pages, Instagram Business accounts, Threads profiles)
- Generates a deletion confirmation code you can reference to verify that deletion has been completed
If you initiated a Facebook app removal and received a confirmation code, you may verify your deletion status at: sleepypost.com/data-deletion?code=[your code]
20.6 Manual Data Deletion Requests
If you are unable to access your account to delete it, or if you have concerns that your data has not been fully removed after following the steps above, you may submit a manual deletion request to us directly:

Please include the email address associated with your account. We will acknowledge your request within 5 business days and confirm full deletion within 30 days of receipt.

9. Social Media Account Connections
By connecting your social media accounts (including but not limited to YouTube, TikTok, X/Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Reddit, and Bluesky), you:
We are not responsible for any actions taken by social media platforms regarding your account or content, including suspension, removal, or policy enforcement.
9.1 X/Twitter Developer Credentials (BYOK)
To connect your X/Twitter account, you are required to provide your own X Developer API credentials ("Bring Your Own Key" or BYOK). By providing these credentials, you:
Why BYOK? X/Twitter charges developers based on total app-wide API usage, not per-user. To make X publishing available to all Sleepy Post users, regardless of subscription tier, we use a BYOK model. This ensures you are not limited by shared quotas and can post freely within your own X Developer account limits.
Our Commitment: We do not use your X credentials for any purpose other than authenticating your account and posting content you explicitly request. We do not access your X data beyond what is required for posting, and we never share your credentials with third parties.
